END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT — MCH Cron Reporting

1. Scope of Use. MCH Cron Reporting ("the Application") is an internal automation tool developed for the sole and exclusive use of MCH Chiropractic and Nutrition. It is not available to, licensed to, or intended for use by any third party.
2. Permitted Users. Only authorized employees, contractors, and owners of MCH Chiropractic and Nutrition are permitted to use the Application. Use of the Application by any other party is unauthorized and prohibited.
3. Purpose. The Application connects to the QuickBooks Online account belonging to MCH Chiropractic and Nutrition to retrieve revenue and Profit & Loss data for the purpose of generating internal KPI worksheets and management reports. It performs read-only operations.
4. No Distribution. The Application is not distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise made available to any party outside of MCH Chiropractic and Nutrition.
5. No Warranty. The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. MCH Chiropractic and Nutrition disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of Liability. In no event shall MCH Chiropractic and Nutrition be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Application.
7. Governing Law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.

PRIVACY POLICY — MCH Cron Reporting

1. Data Collected. The Application accesses Profit & Loss report data (income accounts, expense accounts, totals) from the QuickBooks Online account owned by MCH Chiropractic and Nutrition. No data is collected from any other party.
2. How Data Is Used. Retrieved data is used solely to generate internal weekly KPI worksheets and monthly scorecards for MCH Chiropractic and Nutrition leadership review. Data is not used for any other purpose.
3. Data Storage. Retrieved data is transmitted to a private GitHub Actions workflow run by MCH Chiropractic and Nutrition, used immediately to generate a report, and posted to a private Slack workspace accessible only to authorized MCH staff. Raw QuickBooks data is not persisted to any database or file by the Application.
4. Data Sharing. No data is shared with any third party, sold, transferred, or made available outside MCH Chiropractic and Nutrition.
5. Security. OAuth credentials are stored as encrypted GitHub Actions secrets. The Application uses Intuit's standard OAuth 2.0 authentication and HTTPS for all API communication.
6. User Rights. As the Application is used exclusively by MCH Chiropractic and Nutrition on its own QuickBooks Online account, no third-party user data is collected, and standard user-rights provisions (access, deletion, correction) do not apply.
7. Children's Privacy. The Application does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.
8. Changes. Any updates to this Privacy Policy will be posted at the same URL where this policy is hosted.
